Consists of modifications to aeration basins 1 and 2 to convert sludge storage tank volume to aeration volume, modifications to final clarifiers 1 and 2 scum and effluent box, rehabilitation of existing sand filters, New blower building and electrical room with adjacent transformer, alum Feed System Modification, new final clarifier 3 and scum pump station, new return activated sludge/waste activated sludge pump station, and effluent flow measurement modifications.
